BO2 Throat Spray may give fast relief to a sore throat, can be sprayed directly into the mouth. Two or three sprays at a time onto the tongue.

The moment you feel you have a sore throat, start spraying 2 or 3 sprays into the mouth at any one time, repeat as needed – waiting at least 30 minutes between sprays.

For babies older than 8 months spray one spray in the mouth.

Our BO2 Throat Spray, sprays in the mouth so that it can clean and treat both the mouth and the throat. The problem is that when you swallow whatever is in the mouth will then be in the throat as well. And when you cough, whatever was in the throat is now in your mouth as well. If you don’t treat both they will keep re-infecting each other.

So, the best is to spray 2/3 sprays onto the tongue, then mix it with your saliva for a minute or two, then gargle with it, then swallow, or spit out, whatever you prefer.  

If you suffer often from sore throats, you can spray twice daily to help prevent your throat from getting sore, first thing in the morning, and last thing at night. Do not drink any drinks for 10 minutes after you have sprayed into the mouth.

The best time to spray for prevention is just before bedtime, spray all three places, in mouth, ears (both sprays work) and use Nasal Spray and spray in nose.

It is normal for your tongue to get a little white after you spray.

Strep throat

Strep throat is an infection of the throat and tonsils caused by a bacteria called group A streptococcus , also known as Streptococcus pyogenes. This bacteria lives in the nose and throat, so it is essential to also sort out your sinuses.

Tonsillitis

Tonsillitis is inflammation of the tonsils, two oval-shaped pads of tissue at the back of the throat — one tonsil on each side. Signs and symptoms of tonsillitis include swollen tonsils, sore throat, difficulty swallowing and tender lymph nodes on the sides of the neck.

Most cases of tonsillitis are caused by infection with a common virus, but bacterial infections also may cause tonsillitis.

There are 4 different types of mucus – Treat them by spraying both the Nasal and the Throat Sprays

1. Clear, watery mucus: This is often related to acute and short-lived bouts of an allergy and is mostly accompanied by a lot of sneezing. This type of mucus in the body responds well to Bound Oxygen
2. Thick, white, or grey mucus: This could be due to sinus congestion, which often runs in families. This type of thick, excess mucus tends to clog all the upper airways and could lead to bouts of croup or bronchitis, especially in younger babies and toddlers who run around a lot. This type of mucus in the body responds well to Bound Oxygen.
3. Yellow, sticky or slimy mucus: This is generally accompanied by skin rashes and eczema. In this instance, it might be worth giving the Bound Oxygen Nasal Spray a chance, if it persists then see a doctor.
4. Green, lumpy mucus: This is often considered to be an infection, but if it’s not accompanied by a raised temperature, this may not be the case. This mucus, however, is usually due to a persistent and recurrent build-up of mucus in the body or is caused by regular irritation of the mucus membranes.

This type of mucus in the body responds well to Bound Oxygen.
