Instructions on the use of the Bound-Oxygen Product Range
The throat, sinuses, mouth, ears, and eyes are connected and so it’s always best to treat all of these together even if you only have symptoms with one.
Close one nostril and spray into the other nostril, the best is to spray till you feel the liquid in your throat. Then do the same for both nostrils.
The best is do so every day, because of the vegetable stabilizer, when you spray and you get a light burning sensation, you know there is dirt, bacteria or viruses present, and that it is neutralizing it, and so spray every 30 minutes till the liquid starts feeling like water. (No burning at all) this means that your sinuses is now clean.
You don’t have to spray again unless you cough, sneeze, or the sinuses feels like things has changed for the worse.
The best time to spray for prevention is just before bedtime, spray all three places, in mouth, ears (both sprays work) and use Nasal Spray and spray in nose.
Hayfever
Use Bound-Oxygen’s Nasal Spray as a preventative spray, before you go into areas that might give you hayfever, it really makes a difference! So, spray the “Nasal Spray” at the first signs of an itchy nose, eyes etc. But it will work afterwards as well, but why suffer when the answer is so close by.
Sinusitis
The biggest problem with sinusitis is, that your nostrils can be totally blocked, and so when you sniff the Bound-Oxygen Nasal Spray liquid, nothing is going into your sinuses, all the Bound-Oxygen liquid just runs back out. So if you are considering a sinus operation, this is your best option. Recline back on your back so that your nostrils face upwards, then spray your nasal passage with Bound-Oxygen and you let it trickle down. It does take time though. Do it for 20/30 minutes at a time. Sniff occasionally, to see if you can get some liquid into your sinuses. Then repeat every few hours until your nose is open.
Strep throat
Strep throat is an infection of the throat and tonsils caused by a bacteria called group A streptococcus , also known as Streptococcus pyogenes. This bacteria lives in the nose and throat, so it is essential to also sort out your sinuses.
There are 4 different types of mucus – Treat them by spraying both the Nasal and the Throat Sprays
- Clear, watery mucus: This is often related to acute and short-lived bouts of an allergy and is mostly accompanied by a lot of sneezing. This type of mucus in the body responds well to Bound Oxygen
- Thick, white, or grey mucus: This could be due to sinus congestion, which often runs in families. This type of thick, excess mucus tends to clog all the upper airways and could lead to bouts of croup or bronchitis, especially in younger babies and toddlers who run around a lot. This type of mucus in the body responds well to Bound Oxygen.
- Yellow, sticky or slimy mucus: This is generally accompanied by skin rashes and eczema. In this instance, it might be worth giving the Bound Oxygen Nasal Spray a chance, if it persists then see a doctor.
- Green, lumpy mucus: This is often considered to be an infection, but if it’s not accompanied by a raised temperature, this may not be the case. This mucus, however, is usually due to a persistent and recurrent build-up of mucus in the body or is caused by regular irritation of the mucus membranes.
This type of mucus in the body responds well to Bound Oxygen.

There is sometimes a burning sensation, the more bacteria that is present the more it burns, but the more it helps. If your sinuses feels more blocked it is because our product mosterisis the sinuses and so the dirt can come loose, blocking the nose temprery, just keep on spraying, blowing the nose till it clears completely. As the sinuses clears the burning sensation will get less, till it feels like water.

Spray into both nostrils, till you feel it in your throat, about 3 sprays – repeat as often as needed (even every 15 minutes – unless you have a nose that bleeds easily – thin membranes, then only use every 2 hours, till your membranes have strengthened ) you can not easily overdose.

I have suffered from post nasal drip for years….chemist suggest Bo2 Nasal spray. How often should I use it in a day?
LikeLike
Start by using the Nasal Spray 3 times a day, tilt you head back and spray straight up, this will then help with the sinuses and the throat (where the sinuses drip into the throat).
